Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for providing you with legal advice and representation.

Your information is securely stored in hard copy and/or electronically in accordance with the following periods:

  • We will keep a record of services completed for 6 months following the end of the service delivery date.

  • Information you provide to us as part of a complaint will be held for 2 years.

 

At the end of these periods, your information will be securely and permanently destroyed.
